Sitting down
- find a secluded place

Breath
- being mindful of then slowing then letting go of the breath
Body
- scan from one end to another, a slow and deep listening to parts of the body

Emotions
- recognise if lust or without, anger or without, delusion or without
- recognise if emotions are concentrated or scattered, exalted or not, surpassed or not

Thoughts

- recognise how these states come to be, how they can be abandoned, and how to avoid them in future
