Overall

The vision is to create a village sized settlement, designed to cultivate sustainable and social living, suited towards progressive and autonomous means of individual and group life.

The three core zones of the site would be habitation, a social centre and work spaces, with links between all three.

Sustainability would be achieved in the area of food through the community owned farm, and in power through the use of micro-generation techniques.

Housing

Humans can like to live in a variety of ways. Instead of one style of dwelling, the housing area of the site would reflect this by having a variety of apartment styles, from individual flats and flatshares to more communal forms of abode.
